Hungary-specific election-category moderation around the April 2026 vote was carried almost entirely by YouTube, which peaked near 4,800 SoRs on a single day, while TikTok filed exactly one such SoR across the entire half-year. Read against EUvsDisinfo's reporting that the Matryoshka network and seventeen AI-persona TikTok channels launched in March 2026 were the principal vectors of Russian interference in the Hungarian campaign, this is not evidence that TikTok was unaffected; it is evidence that whatever TikTok did is invisible in the DSA's election-category record, which is precisely the transparency gap the Commission's ongoing TikTok probe is built to investigate.
